Full Cost Recovery: a guide and toolkit on cost allocation provides a template that is designed to help charities understand the true costs of their activities and calculate their full costs in an easy step-by-step process. - Click image above, when the box comes up click 'Run'
- Wait for the software to download (can take up to 2 minutes)
- When the Full Cost Recovery Software Setup window comes up click 'Install', then read the terms and conditions and click 'Yes, I do', then 'Finish'
- Click on the start menu and go to programs, you should find a group called 'Full Cost Recovery Software', here you will find a link to the FCR Software.
- Click on this link and Excel will open and the software will run.
- Hold Ctrl and click on the image above then click 'Download Linked File'
- Double click on the downloaded file to extract the applications folder: if you have issues you may have to install Stuffit Expander
- Open the FCR folder and double click 'FCR_V1_MAC' to load the application
