The NPC Health Team aims to be the primary source of research and analysis for donors on health and disability issues.

The team’s detailed analysis helps donors and funders to support health and disability charities more effectively by:

• explaining the areas of greatest need, identifying funding gaps, and putting issues into the context of UK health and social policy
• advising on how best to support causes such as mental health and disabled children
• highlighting examples of charities that could use donations to best effect, and
• suggesting options to solve specific problems, or to target particular groups of people.

The Health Team works closely with NPC’s other research teams (including education, community and environment) to identify common themes, problems and solutions.
