Full Cost Recovery: a guide and toolkit on cost allocation provides a template that is designed to help charities understand the true costs of their activities and calculate their full costs in an easy step-by-step process. Click image above, when the box comes up click 'Run'
Wait for the software to download (can take up to 2 minutes)
When the Full Cost Recovery Software Setup window comes up click 'Install', then read the terms and conditions and click 'Yes, I do', then 'Finish'
Click on the start menu and go to programs, you should find a group called 'Full Cost Recovery Software', here you will find a link to the FCR Software.
Click on this link and Excel will open and the software will run.

Hold Ctrl and click on the image above then click 'Download Linked File'
Double click on the downloaded file to extract the applications folder: if you have issues you may have to install Stuffit Expander
Open the FCR folder and double click 'FCR_V1_MAC' to load the application
