Stéphane joined NPC's measurement team in December 2011, focusing on the quantitative elements of consulting and research projects. This includes designing research tools for clients and helping charities to measure their impact.

Prior to NPC, Stéphane worked on public sector consultancy projects and academic research with the Oxford Internet Institute and the LSE Public Policy Group, and interned at Eastside Consulting, advising social enterprises. He holds degrees in Social Sciences and Mathematics. His research has appeared in the European Political Science Review.
