Eibhlin works in the measurement team at NPC, focusing on the quantitative elements of consulting and research projects. She designs research tools for clients and a large part of her work focuses on helping charities to measure their impact and social value. Eibhlin has advised grant makers on more effective ways of grant distribution, designed frameworks to capture the social value and impact of large charities and is currently working on a research project looking at how funders can allocate grants to achieve the best possible impact.

Prior to NPC, Eibhlin interned with Udyogini, an Indian NGO  that works to build the capacity of women entrepreneurs in rural parts of India. She also interned with the Health Service Executive in Ireland, evaluating the impact of a pilot relationships and health education programme for secondary school pupils.
