Research team

Belinda Vernon, Head of Research

Belinda is head of the research team at NPC and has overall responsibility for NPC's Charity Analysis Framework. She led NPC’s research into charity trusteeship in the UK, which was published in May 2009, and is leading NPC's research into numeracy.

Belinda is available for interview on subjects including the governance and trusteeship of charities, and ways in which the effectiveness of charities can be analysed.

Prior to joining NPC, Belinda was an equity analyst with Credit Suisse, where she analysed UK and international engineering companies. She also worked as a management consultant for Coopers & Lybrand where she advised private and public sector organisations on strategy and performance improvement, and worked for Shell as an engineer where she managed large teams of people. Belinda did a two-year MBA at Manchester Business School.
