Lucy de Las Casas, Head of Consulting

New Philanthropy Capital_image_Lucy de las CasasLucy manages the Consulting team, which provides strategic consulting advice to donors. For example, Lucy has provided advice to family foundations and grant-making trusts, on their grant-making strategy and processes. Lucy co-authored Going global, a review of international development funding by UK trusts and foundations. Lucy previously worked at the One World Trust on its Accountability Programme, and at Gemini Consulting as a strategy consultant. She has an MSc in Environment and Development Studies. Padraic Brick, Senior Consultant

New Philanthropy Capital_image_Padraic BrickPadraic conducts and manages research and delivers advice to donors on effective giving. This includes work with corporates to design giving strategies that fit a company's mission and values and employee's interests. Padraic recently co-authored NPC's report, Granting success, which examines best practice in grant-making. Padraic worked previously for Analysys Consulting and has a Masters in Engineering from the University of Cambridge. pbrick@philanthropycapital.org

Liz Sklaroff, Senior Consultant
New Philanthropy Capital_image_Liz SklaroffLiz designs projects that deliver strategies for increasing the effectiveness and impact of philanthropic giving amongst corporations and foundations. Prior to joining NPC in February 2008, Liz directed the US operations for PrivatSea in New York City and was in charge of evaluation strategy and community development funding at The John S and James L Knight Foundation in Miami, Florida. Lena Schreiber, Senior Consultant

Prior to joining NPC Lena worked as an analyst for a strategic risk consultancy in London. Emily Clayson, Client Development Manager

New Philanthropy Capital_image_Emily ClaysonEmily works in the Consulting team at New Philanthropy Capital, managing client relationships and delivering NPC’s charity portfolio service. She also oversees NPC's grant-management systems. Emily previously worked at UK disability charity, Scope. She has completed a Masters in Development Management with the Open University.
